With Isle of Man Government easing of restrictions, we are now back in the office with limited staffing.
We are currently working through all the bookings that have been affected by the restrictions put in place including the closure of the border.
For those guests affected by this, we will look to address your queries as soon as possible and, although we cannot provide refunds to advance purchase bookings we will use best endeavours to offer a credit against a future date, subject to availability and peak restrictions. This will only apply to the period where the Isle of Man’s borders are closed to non-residents.
If you have made a booking via a travel agent, operator or wholesaler, please contact them in the first instance.
